Wholes $4.59 per Hanging Weight lb
Halves $4.89 per Hanging Weight lbÂ
Front Quarter $4.95 per Hanging Weight lb
Hind Quarter $4.99 per Hanging Weight lb
Includes processing, cutting, and wrapping fees.
It is about 400 lbs of hanging weight for a half of beef.Â
There is a deposit fee per order.
You will pay the full amount at pickup.
We will follow up with a cut sheet so you can decide how you'd like your bulk beef processed.Â
The beef cows are raised and processed in Mt Jackson, VA.
They are grass started and grain finished. It takes about 4 - 6 weeks after ordering to have your beef ready for pickup: plenty of time to make room in the freezer.
Please note that these prices are based on hanging weights, not the packaged take home weight. Pricing does include processing, cutting, and packaging fees. Packing is via vacuum sealing.
