Looking for a short term getaway in New Market? We recently acquired the property next door and are in the process of returning it to its former glory as the Weaver Hotel with multiple rooms. 

This historic property dates back to 1885 and use to operate as the Weaver Hotel. The southern section of this building was constructed by David Henkel on the site of the former D.S. Henkel & Brothers’ Store. The northern section was a later addition. This building was once the residence and office of the town doctor, Dr. Morehead. Former owner Jack Weaver also carried mail and passengers between the New Market Post Office and the train depot.

We currently have one unit completely renovated and available on the first floor: Green Door Room. We hope to eventually open up the entire property into multiple units with different door colors.

Starting in 2026, we are excited to host folks at the Golf Hut. This is a whole home rental at ShenVallee Resort. It has been recently updated with new appliances, fixtures, paint, and more. It features 2 bedrooms, covered patio space, and a large great room with a mega huge TV. It's a great spot for family getaways, golf-centric vacations, or just a relaxing weekend in the Valley.
