  • 16 oz Can Pumpkin
  • 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon Ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • ½ Cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ Cup Melted Margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. In large bowl mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar, spices, and milk
  3. Salt well
  4. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan
  5. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture
  6. Drizzle melted margarine on top
  7. Bake for 1 hour
  8. Serve with whip cream

If using a real pumpkin, we recommend using a Peanut, Fairytale, or Long Island Cheese variety
