  • 1 Medium Potato
  • 1 Cup Powered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Peanutbutter

Instructions

  1. Mash Potatoes
  2. Mix mashed potatoes and powdered sugar thoroughly
  3. Roll out each mixture onto pastry board sprinkled with powdered sugar
  4. Spread peanut butter over mixture
  5. Roll like jelly roll, cut into thin slices
  6. Place on wax paper until dry

Notes

Grandma recommends using kennebec potatoes. She's never tried this with a red potato.
