Granny Smith - A unique tomato variety that stays green even when ripe. Often used for fried green tomatoes. Firm and juicy flesh with a slightly tart flavor. Great disease resistance
Old German - Massive bio-colored tomatoes that can weigh as much as 2 lbs. Flavor is a bit more tomatoey than other bicolor. Still very sweet and with very low acid.
